I had a simple idea: every website should have a "411" page for information. So if you are at this website:

http://www.craigupright.net/

and you add "411" to the end, the resulting http://www.craigupright.net/411 should actually work to provide some useful stuff. An individual's biography, a store's history, a company's directory, etc. Or at the very least a link to all of those things.
